The Project ECHO Team
Hospice UK is planning to establish an ECHO Team, which will based in Belfast and provide strategic direction and support to the provision and implementation of the Project ECHO model throughout the UK.
ECHO, the Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes is an established not-for-profit tele-mentoring project which was developed in the USA to improve care of patients in underserved areas. It involves the use of cloud based networking technology to connect with specialist ‘HUBS’ and ‘SPOKES’ to create a community of practice, sharing knowledge and which supports service delivery.
About the role
This role will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of required IT technical needs, including installation, configuration, maintenance of all hardware and software to ensure the smooth ICT delivery of Project ECHO.
