About the role
We are offering a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and innovative charity. We are looking for an afternoon receptionist to cover our reception from 12:15 to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you will be expected to provide a welcoming and professional reception and telephone service to the organisation and coordinate the administration and servicing of the Hospice House meeting rooms.
The role has responsibility for providing general office administration support for the organisation, including travel bookings, ordering couriers and franking post. The post holder will also be accountable for maintaining a pleasant and safe environment for both staff and visitors.
Ideally, you will have past experience working as a receptionist or in customer service.
You will be approachable, well spoken and will take have a flexible approach to work. You will also be able to communicate effectively with a different range of people.
