Kay has nearly 20 years’ experience in palliative and end of life care and has been the Director of Clinical Services for Mary Ann Evans Hospice since February 2015.

Since joining Mary Ann Evans, Kay has developed a succinct set of key actions in response to the Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care: A national framework for local action 2015-2020 for the Hospice Board and local commissioners and contributed to a count- wide public health consultation and development of an action plan to “Meet the Foundations for good End of Life Care” proposal.

Most recently, Kay has been part of the Coventry and Warwickshire Out of Hospital Collaborative Design Board and developed the North Warwickshire End of Life Care Pathway, which is now being transformed into reality – exciting times! 

Kay is the Chair and a trustee of the National Association for Hospice at Home, and also  volunteers for the Pug Dog Welfare and Rescue Association.
