Offering help and hope in one place, they aim to find the bereaved via every frontline organisation across the country, provide them with a new 'Good Grief Card' and signpost them to targeted national, regional and local support.

Over half a million people die in the UK every year and often those who are bereaved are not given the correct information they need at a time they need it most and are left to cope alone.

The Good Grief Trust is run by the bereaved for the bereaved, where grief is acknowledged, stories are shared and a community of care is built, so those who have lost someone close can find hope and move forward with their lives.

With a background as an actress for 20 years, Linda opened her first business as a wedding consultant in 1991, in London and ran successful events for 12 years.

After a brief spell running a theatre school and teaching dance in primary education, she returned to event planning and combined corporate and private catering with ecommerce in 2003, when Linda launched Hotchpotchvintage, a second online business selling vintage homewares for wholesale and retail trade.

Linda was commissioned to design a range of products for TKMaxx and went on to run vintage tea rooms for large scale events. They then expanded into Charity events, with a new strand of the company, Hotchpotchvintage Charity Fairs, travelling the UK setting up fairs to raise funds for local charities across the UK.

Currently Linda works as a presenter on QVC, specialising in homewares and interior design.
