We run the UK edition of ehospice – a global news and information website and app which covers all the latest developments in hospice and palliative care.
We provide a number of resources to support hospice colleagues who have finance responsibilities, including benchmarking tools, guidance on tax issues, and information on accounting and general financial issues.
We work with hospices to help them improve their governance, ensuring they are fit for purpose and equipped to be leaders in providing high quality palliative and end of life care.
We offer a range of funding opportunities for hospices and their staff. Our grant programmes fund improvements in care and support professional development.
Hospice UK Roadshows
Our roadshows offer an opportunity to engage directly with our senior staff, take part in strategic discussions about hospice care, inform and influence the work of Hospice UK, and network with hospice colleagues.
Human resources (HR) support
We offer several services that support hospice HR teams, including an online hospice jobs advertising service and an online service for processing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
Income generation support
We support hospices with their income generating activities, sharing knowledge and good practice with hospice fundraisers, retailers and lottery managers. Our services include national initiatives that hospices can get involved in, as well as conferences, training, networks and publications.
We support a number of international projects that help develop hospice and palliative care worldwide, particularly in developing countries.
