ECHO: Network Co-ordinator

Hospice UK is seeking to recruit an ECHO Co-ordinator to join the Project ECHO Team based in Belfast.

Project ECHO, the Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes, is an established not-for-profit tele-mentoring project which was developed in the USA to improve care of patients in underserved areas.

It involves the use of cloud based networking technology to connect with specialist ‘HUBS’ and ‘SPOKES’ to create a community of practice, sharing knowledge and which supports service delivery.

The candidate will join this innovative project to provide effective and efficient operational and administrative support to ECHO Networks and office support, co-ordinating a range of activities which form part of the Project ECHO programme. 

The successful candidate will have experience providing a multi-faceted support role to a number of stakeholders and networks with strong IT skills. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are all key for this role to be able to operate successfully.
