Laura Humphreys, who volunteers for her hospice shop at the age of 90
Now aged 90, she continues to volunteer twice a week. It is a role she greatly enjoys, and would like to see others do the same thing.

“I really enjoy volunteering and I am proud of what I do. It is a wonderful thing, especially if you are retired, because it does you good to get out and meet people. It is a purpose of life.”

"I would encourage anyone to volunteer, whether you are young, unemployed, or retired. It is a gift that gives you so much in return.”
