Hospice UK Clinical Benchmarking Project Webinar 1 July 2019
Sharing good practice in using the clinical benchmarking data
The primary purpose of this data collection is to provide assurance and support improvement in patient safety. We would like to encourage you to discuss examples of how you are using your patient safety data to improve practice. We will share some of the national data and learning.
To facilitate this aim we welcome you to register for our Clinical Benchmarking Project and then sign up for the 1 July 2019 Webinar to be held at 14:00 to 15:00.
Following this you will be sent joining instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting. We will issue joining instructions on or near the 26th June. You can download the Zoom programme or a guide if you do not have this facility already and would like to know in advance of joining us, how it works.
The provisional agenda:
Welcome and introductions
Patient safety measures - their meaning/definitions
How we are using the measures locally
If you have any further queries or ideas / presentation for the agenda, please email Stuart Duncan at Hospice UK.
