The conference took place at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds between 25 and 26 November 2014.

It focused on the steps that can be taken to meet the continuing challenge of delivering high quality care at scale, as well as how to demonstrate impact to commissioners, potential partners, funders and patients.

The packed programme included plenary speakers from across the healthcare and voluntary sectors, as well as hospice care case studies and a wide range of parallel sessions. Presentations from a selection of our past conference sessions are available to download.

A wide range of exhibitors were also on hand to showcase their products and services.

The 2014 conference was sponsored by Advanced Health and Care.
