Dr Briony Hudson

Dr Briony Hudson is a Health Psychologist and Research Associate at Pathway and Marie Curie Palliative Care Research department at UCL.

Briony is the researcher on a qualitative research study exploring the challenges in accessing high quality palliative care for homeless people and those working to support them. She has been involved in the development of training for hostel staff around supporting people who are homeless with advanced ill health and the development of an online toolkit for hostel staff. 

Prior to joining Pathway, Briony worked for the UCL Institute of Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital researching decision making and attitudes to research held by palliative care patients and their families. Her interests include palliative care, trauma, addiction, access to health care, health promotion and patient experience.
