Dr Caroline Shulman

Dr Caroline Shulman is a GP who has worked in Homeless and Inclusion Health for 10 years – in both a specialist homeless GP practice as well as clinical lead in a hospital Pathway homeless team at Kings College Hospital, London.

She is principal investigator on some qualitative research exploring the challenges and barriers in providing high quality care to homeless and vulnerably-housed people as their health deteriorates. Recommendations of this research are being widely disseminated and shared with front-line staff, commissioners and policy makers to try and facilitate change. 

Prior to working in Homeless Healthcare, Caroline was a Senior Lecturer at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, working on malaria and maternal health.
