Marilyn Relf

Marilyn is the Chair of the National Bereavement Alliance. She has worked in palliative care for many years and has extensive experience of working in bereavement care, research, education and management.

Currently she is ‘semi-retired’ and is working with the Sobell House Bereavement Service, is a Trustee of SeeSaw (for bereaved young people in Oxfordshire) and is a member of both the European Association of Palliative Care Bereavement Task Force and the International Work Group on Death, Dying and Bereavement (IWG DDB).

In 2017 she was awarded the Ann Norfolk Lifetime Achievement Award by Hospice UK.
