Professor Philippa Hunter-Jones

Professor Philippa Hunter-Jones is a service researcher, based within the University of Liverpool Management School with a particular interest in health service research.

Since 2015, together with her co-researchers Dr Lynn Sudbury-Riley and Dr Ahmed Al-Abdin, she has been working with multiple hospices, and hospitals, applying the Trajectory Touchpoint Technique (TTT), a tool purposefully designed to aid understanding of service user experiences.

Over 250 patients and their families have shared their experiences with the team leading to a host of practical adaptions to service experiences. To find out more about their work and how to access the TTT tool, they can be contacted via: phj@liverpool.ac.uk
