Registration information 

Hospice UK’s conference ‘People, Partnerships and Potential' (16 to 18 November 2016) is an action packed and affordable conference for everyone who works in or with hospices.

What does registration include?

The registration fee includes:

  • Entrance to all conference sessions.
  • Access to poster presentations and the exhibition.
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch.
  • A drinks reception on 16 November.

Please note that:

  • Conference registration is only valid for the person in whose name it has been made and multiple-day tickets can not be shared amongst several people. This is because it creates logistical difficulties in our:
  • issuing CPD certificates which are linked to individuals’ attendance at conference
  • meeting attendees’ specific dietary requirements
  • ensuring that we have the correct number of conference packs and printed programmes. 
  • As per our cancellation policy, substitutions can be made at any stage without charge. However substitutions are only for complete bookings and not parts of them, ie you can’t substitute two or three different people for multiple-day registrations. 

E-ticketing

To streamline on-site registration at conference, we will be using an e-ticketing system. This means that delegates’ badges will be issued on site using a barcode supplied in your joining instructions. If you lose/misplace your badge, you will be asked for proof of identity to replace it. 

Conference timings

The formal programme starts at 10am on 16 November 2016 and the first day will finish with our conference drinks reception. The conference starts at 9am on the following days and finishes around 3.30pm on the last day.

Registration fees

To enable as many people as possible to attend, we are offering a discount on multiple bookings. When an organisation pays for three delegates to attend the full conference, they get a fourth place free of charge.

Three day conference fee £450 (£540 with VAT)
Two day conference fee £375 (£450 with VAT)
One day conference fee £200 (£240 with VAT)
Conference dinner ticket (17 November). Spaces will be limited £33.33 (£40 with VAT)
