Jed Jerwood is an HCPC registered art psychotherapist specialising in adult mental health and palliative care.
He is currently seconded to Coventry University carrying out clinical academic research which concerns improving end of life care for people with mental illness and life-limiting conditions.
His role at John Taylor Hospice in Birmingham involves running the clinical art psychotherapy service and acting as advisor for creative-based research studies which take place at the hospice.
His role at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust involves delivering individual and group art psychotherapy to adults with severe and enduring mental illness and leading additional projects as part of his clinical academic research.
Jed is currently leading on the development of an end of life care strategy for the mental health trust.
