Hospice UK Retail Conference 2016 Hospice Retail – 'beyond traditional'

Colleagues from across the hospice sector gathered for our Retail Conference on Tuesday 19 April 2016 at the St John’s Hotel in Solihull.

The theme of our 2016 conference was ‘Hospice Retail – Beyond Traditional’ reflecting the changing environment hospice shops are trading in.

Conference sessions included; youth volunteering, pop up shops, using social media to increase footfall, and the art and science of visual merchandising, amongst others.

There was also a sold out exhibition with 22 companies promoting their products and services.
