HR leads face unique challenges and are under pressure to deliver programmes of change, retain talent and developing leadership capability as their workforce becomes inter-generational. This conference is a valuable opportunity to be informed and will inspire HR thinking within Hospices to help prepare for future challenges.
Our keynote speaker; Dean Royles, former Director of HR and OD at Leeds Teaching Hospitals (LTHT) and HR Consultant opens the conference with a session focusing on staff engagement in the NHS and the journey LTHT has been on to develop ‘The Leeds Way’, a set of organisational values.
He will focus on how these values have become embedded in the Trust, helping to make it an attractive place to work and demonstrate what taking a digital approach to staff communication has meant for HR policy and practice.
Further sessions include:
- tips on how to lead a diverse workforce on how HR can manage an increasing flexible and multigenerational workforce
- how wellbeing plays an increasingly important role in day to day HR.
You will also have the opportunity to learn from your peers as well as other outside experts during what promises to be an interesting and stimulating day.
