MSc in Voluntary Sector Management with Hospice Leadership and Management
Hospice UK is collaborating with Cass Business School to launch a new Hospice Leadership and Management module for the renowned Cass MSc in Voluntary Sector Management.
Cass is part of City, University of London and their two-year charity masters programme functions as an MBA for the voluntary sector. It has been running for over a decade and is widely considered to be the UK’s leading charity masters.
The programme is designed to be undertaken whilst working, and is suitable for people already in senior hospice leadership roles as well as those aspiring to such roles. In the first year students will learn alongside others from across the charity sector, and in the second year will come together with others from the hospice sector for the new in-depth hospice module.
Cass Business School is now taking applications for the MSc in Voluntary Sector Management starting in October 2017. For details see the Cass website or email Ute Spittler, Charities Programme Coordinator.
Information about the Hospice Leadership and Management module can be found here (note: .pdf file) or by contacting Antonia Bunnin, Director of Hospice Support and Development at Hospice UK.
Hospice UK is offering bursaries of up to £4,000 towards course fees for students who start the programme in October 2017.
To apply, you must already have been offered a place by Cass Business School and be employed by a member hospice.
Full details about the bursaries, and how to apply, can be found on the grant section of our website. We will make awards on a first-come, first-served basis, so advise you to apply as early as possible.
