37.5 hours per week

Salary between £48,000 to £50,000 per annum
(dependent on experience)

Do you consider yourself a highly motivated and dynamic individual with strong clinical leadership skills and would like the opportunity to join our management team?

We want you to provide strategic and operational leadership of all community-based services and ensure these services meet the needs of the local population.

You will have the opportunity of working with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement strategic goals and provide direction for community services, developing further our highly skilled teams.

Martlets is a forward-thinking organisation offering a full range of palliative and end of life care services. If you have both the skills and experience of successful implementation of strategic plans and want to play an instrumental part in delivering our recently completed 5-year Clinical Strategy you will be integral to the shaping and developing of these services.

You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership, collaboration and change management skills with strong interpersonal skills. These are essential to enable effective collaboration with colleagues, volunteers and patients. Above all, compassion and integrity will be central to your management style and your people approach.
