Heart of Kent Hospice is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Chief Executive to lead our organisation through an exciting new chapter — building on a proud legacy of delivering outstanding palliative and end-of-life care to our local community.

As Chief Executive you will provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership within the framework agreed with our Board of Trustees. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, long-term financial sustainability, and continued innovation across all our services.

We are looking for an experienced and values-driven leader who:
• Has significant senior leadership experience in a complex healthcare or charitable environment
• Understands the changing healthcare landscape and its impact on hospice care
• Can inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams, colleagues and volunteers
• Has a strong track record in strategic planning, clinical governance and financial stewardship
• Can represent the hospice externally and build strong partnerships with stakeholders

A clinical background is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead with integrity, compassion and clarity — keeping patients, their loved-ones, and our mission at the heart of everything we do.
