Community of Practice Meetings

Text

The Dementia End of Life Care Community of Practice meetings take place quarterly and are facilitated by Dementia UK and Julia Russell, Senior Clinical and Quality Improvement Manager, Hospice UK.

The Dementia End of Life Care Community of Practice uses the Project ECHO methodology. We work with members to agree topics and themes and invite an excellent range of speakers to share their knowledge and expertise. These may include experts in the field and colleagues from the Community of Practice.
