On 9 December 2025 we were joined by Professor Vanessa Taylor, who talked to us about the new NHS England Career pathway, core capabilities and education framework for palliative and end of life care.
Vanessa is Professor of Cancer and Palliative Care at the University of Huddersfield. She has worked with NHS England to establish the Career pathway, core capabilities and education framework for palliative and end of life care focused on the nursing workforce.
