Salary: £33,800 per annum
Contract: Permanent.
Location: Hybrid. Our Hybrid Working Arrangement gives our team more choice about how, when and where they work best. Contractually based at our offices in London, we “Work Smarter to Live Better”. This means a mixture of working from the office or remotely in a way that balances the needs of Hospice UK, your team and yourself.

Job information
You’ll be proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
You have:
- experience of gathering and analysing information and writing reports, briefings and web based resources with the ability to write in different styles to meet the needs of different audiences
- the ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships
- co-ordinated and developed targeted communications to key stakeholder audiences
- co-ordinated and supported stakeholder networks including delivering targeted events such as workshops, conferences and seminars. In person and virtual.
- co-ordinated and managed a range of projects with different stakeholders
- strong organisational and time management skills.
Ideally you will have used CRM databases, content management and asset management systems.
The role:
We are looking for someone to co-ordinate our engagement with member hospices. This includes developing and delivering membership communications across a variety of platforms; gathering and sharing intelligence; and managing stakeholder networks.
This post will play a key part in delivering our Future Vision programme, which aims to share innovation, practice and ideas to help achieve long-term sustainability of palliative and end of life care. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role as the programme progresses.
In this role you will:
- co-ordinate the programme of members engagement events
- be the first point of call for members’ enquiries
- co-ordinate and deliver targeted communications to share key information about Hospice UK and promote our services to members
- co-ordinate and support the promotion and content development of the Innovation Hub including researching and writing reports, briefings and web based resources on key areas and topics
- manage key members networks.
