We've been shortlisted!

In partnership, PwC and Hospice UK have created the Compassionate Bereavement Conversations tool as part of the Compassionate Employers programme.

We're proud to announce that the tool has been shortlisted for a Business Charity Award in the Digital Innovation category.

This interactive e-learning tool takes just thirty minutes and features audio clips, prompts and best practice based on Nikki, Rosie and Dan's real life experiences.

Users hear employee stories, and answer multiple choice questions on how to lead conversations with bereaved colleagues in different scenarios. The tool has been developed using Hospice UK's expertise, as the national charity for end of life care.

The tool has already been rolled out to over 41,000 employees as part of the Compassionate Employers programme:

  • 80% of learners gave the tool the top score (5, on scale of 1-5) for job impact (“I will apply what I learned to my job”)
  • 90% of learners gave the tool the top score for the statement “I gained new knowledge/skills”
