This wellbeing portal offer tools and reflection activities for frontline and volunteer staff around topics such as preventing compassion fatigue and burnout. There are also resources for managers and leaders to aid them in compassionately supporting their teams while looking after themselves.

Hospice staff and volunteers face unique pressures, balancing high emotional demands, stretched resources, and personal experiences of grief and caregiving.  

Taking learnings from the hospice sector including those participating in our focus group, Compassionate Employers has developed this portal which hosts downloadable wellbeing resources for line managers, leaders, frontline and volunteer staff.
