Working in Childhood Bereavement

To submit and application for the Working in Childhood Bereavement courses at Level 6 and & 7 please complete the online application form.
If you are unable to complete the form in one go you can save the form and then complete it before submission. However, we recommend that you complete the form and submit it at the same time.   Download a copy of the guidance notes which details the information we are collecting including education and employment history and why you are applying for the course. This will help you draft the application prior to completion.
Please ensure that you have downloaded a copy of the information pack for a copy of the booking criteria and course fees and have made a note of all the key dates,  Acceptance on this course is subject to an interview where you are able to discuss your course options with the tutors.
