He is working closely with David Burland, who has worked in and around the hospice sector for the last 30 years. 

We are starting by publishing a new Financial Turnaround toolkit, which Simon and David will present at the webinar.

We will also be joined by Michael Crowther, CEO at The Kirkwood, who will share his experience of leading financial turnaround.
