Hospice UK’s Trustee Conference will take place online from 19 - 21 September 2023.
With a unique and varied programme designed specifically for trustees, chairs and CEOs, you’ll take away experiences, knowledge and ideas which will help spark creative and strategic thinking.
This year's conference
We know that hospices are facing some quite extraordinary challenges:
> The cost of living crisis continues to place hospice finances under extreme pressure
> It is becoming increasingly hard to recruit and retain our workforce.
> An ageing population is increasing pressure on our teams.
As hospice trustees, chairs and CEOs, developing your leadership, financial skills and governance knowledge are crucial to guiding your hospice through these difficulties.
"As a fairly new Hospice trustee I found it great to have a conference specifically aimed at hospice trustees."
"It is so very helpful to learn from others and to hear from peers and experts."
