On behalf of the Frailty Care Community of Practice, a warm welcome to you!

You are now a fully signed up member of this Project ECHO network, and we're looking forward to providing opportunities for us all to share our expertise and knowledge with each other. You will be added to our MS Teams group, where you will receive regular updates, and invitations to our online meetings.

You'll also be able to access resources and information from our meetings via Teams.

What do I need to do now?

Look out for an email from MS Teams that says that you have been added to the NETW Frailty Care COP channel. Read our instructions about how to join the group.

If you already use Teams, the Hospice UK channels will look a bit different to normal. So it's important that you read the instructions to make sure everything is set up properly.

We're looking forward to seeing you in the Frailty Care Community of Practice soon.
