About this Community of Practice
Text
This Community of Practice brings together people working in End of Life and Palliative Care with an interest in improving care for people with progressive neurological conditions. It is a forum for learning and sharing, aiming to ensure that people with these conditions feel supported and receive high quality end of life care.
The Community of Practice is open to staff and volunteers from our member hospices, as well as those working the wider healthcare community.

When you sign up to join the Community of Practice, you will be invited to join our Microsoft Teams online discussion group. Through the group, we will keep you updated with everything Hospice UK is doing, arrange meetings and share helpful resources.
