About the network

This network aims to:

  • discuss experiences of racism
  • celebrate the strengths of ethnic minority staff
  • create and share expertise on progressing anti-racism practice.

Leadership

The Race Equity Network is facilitated by:

  • Dr Jamilla Hussain, Consultant in Palliative Medicine at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
  • Dr Karon Ornadel, Specialty Doctor in Rehabilitative Palliative Care at Marie Curie.
