Event support package: TCS London Marathon

Hospice UK members can access our London Marathon support package for free, helping you support your runners, bring your supporters together and celebrate their achievements on race day.

Your package includes:

• Race-day cheer point information to help your supporters plan where to cheer on runners.
• Four route cheer points, with unlimited spaces for your staff, volunteers, family and friends to join us and create an incredible atmosphere for your runners.
• A presence at the TCS London Marathon Running Show through the Hospice UK stand
• Dedicated support for your runners at the Running Show, helping them feel prepared, reassured and excited ahead of race day.
• Volunteering opportunities at our cheer points and post-race celebration, giving your supporters the chance to get involved.
• The option to book subsidised places at our post-race celebration for your runners, including a sports massage, hot meal and refreshments, with family and friends also welcome to join.

Join us at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre on Sunday 25 April 2027 to celebrate your runners’ incredible achievements at the TCS London Marathon.

Your runners can enjoy a hot meal, refreshments and a sports massage, with refreshments also available for their family and friends.

Please note: Hospice UK won’t be holding a post-race celebration on Saturday. However, you’re very welcome to invite your Saturday runners to join us on Sunday, so you can celebrate your hospice runners’ achievements across the whole weekend!

Costs per runner (including VAT)

Your fee contributes towards venue hire, catering, massage facilities and event staffing. Food is provided for runners only, but family and friends are welcome to join the celebration and enjoy refreshments.

Booking and payment

You’ll be invoiced for the number of runner places you request, with final numbers due by 25 March 2027, following the London Marathon console deadline. You can confirm individual runner names closer to the event.

It's free to register, and there is still time to sign up if you have runners in the London Marathon on 26 April 2026. To register your hospice, fill out this form by 31 January and tell us about your London Marathon team. We will ask you to submit final runner numbers by 25 March.
