On behalf of the hospice I represent, I confirm that by signing up to the National Hospice Legacy Campaign now, my hospice will pay its contribution to the Campaign calculated by reference to its annual expenditure (as evidenced by its last filed statutory accounts as at the date of signing up) on a date on or before 30 April 2026 provided the hospice has first received a VAT invoice for this contribution from Hospice UK.
