The nature of working at a hospice means clinical professionals are regularly exposed to death and dying. This is often also paired with a large workload, irregular hours, and high stress levels.
We know that all of this in combination can take a toll on emotional wellbeing.
They provide a subsidised telephone support service for clinical staff working in hospices. The goal is to provide bereavement, resilience and emotional wellbeing support in a timely manner to those who need it.
How does it work?

A member of the Just 'B’ team will then contact you to book in a support session at a time to suit you. Calls are made between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
This service is provided at a subsidised cost of £30 per hour.
During your call you'll be provided with 1-1 emotional wellbeing and bereavement support. Just 'B' can also signpost you to relevant services, as well as offer information and advice.
