Director of Income Generation

Are you a dynamic, inspiring leader who can motivate and lead others to be the best? An exciting opportunity has arisen at ellenor to take us to the next phase of our ambitious development plans to support even more people and their families with palliative or end of life care needs.

ellenor is the leading provider of all-encompassing hospice care for both adults and children living in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and for children in Bexley. Our services include adult in-patient care, living well services which will be expanding and moving into our purpose-built wing currently under construction, Hospice at Home for all ages, counselling and children’s oncology support services.

We are currently developing our next 3 years of strategic aims which recognise our role in leading the development of services to the wider community at the end of life, build on our ambition to be recognised nationally as a centre of excellence, and makes a commitment to ensuring all we do is sustainable. We need an experienced fundraising leader (with or without retail experience) to join our Executive Team for the next stage of our journey to excellence in all we do.

The post holder will be responsible for leading and enhancing the delivery of the income generation strategy to enable ellenor to secure the resources required to deliver its strategic objectives, and to ensure sustainability of voluntary net income, ensuring an effective return on investment.

This post is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.

Full time (37.5hrs per week)

Salary: £68,135 (Fundraising and Retail)

£62,800 (Fundraising only)
