Are you a compassionate and strategic healthcare leader looking for a flexible, impactful role?

St Peter’s Hospice is offering a rare opportunity to join our Executive Team as part of a job share in the role of Director of Clinical Services and Family Support. One of our current Directors is reducing their hours, creating this exciting opportunity for a like-minded professional to join them in co-leading this vital service. Together, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based palliative and end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting illnesses.

About the Role

As joint Directors, you will:

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all clinical services.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in patient care.
Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
Inspire and support a multidisciplinary team through change and development.
Represent the hospice in key external partnerships and forums.
Promote equitable access to services, addressing health inequalities.
About You

We are looking for an experienced clinical leader who:

Holds a relevant professional healthcare qualification and membership.
Has significant leadership experience in healthcare settings.
Is confident in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex services.
Possesses excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
