Occupational Therapist (Fixed term contract)

We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join the Hospice Therapies team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Working with the Manager of Therapies and Therapies team to enable patients to identify their goals and facilitate achieving these alongside managing their symptoms at the end of life.

You will provide effective Occupational Therapy support for all Hospice in the Weald services to deliver a high standard of holistic care to patients at home or on the wards.

You will need to have recent relevant clinical experience with a sound understanding of the needs of patients nearing the end of life, and their families.

You must have an OT degree, be registered with Health Care professions Council and have access to a car.
