Run through the heart of Cambridge and soak up the atmosphere as you pass iconic colleges, historic landmarks and beautiful countryside on this unforgettable route. With live music, buzzing cheer points and thousands of supporters lining the course, every mile is packed with energy. 

Whether you're taking on your first half marathon or chasing a new personal best, this flat, fast and UKA-certified course is designed to help you succeed, with expert pacers there to support you every step of the way. 

Sign up for this charity event today and join the community fighting to make sure no one misses out on the end-of-life care they need. Hospice UK are the national champion for hospices, and we fight every day to make sure that hospice care is available to all who need it, for now and forever.

This is a charity race place, and everything you raise will help us to support the 200+ hospices we represent across the UK. They do everything they can for children and adults living with long-term illness, or approaching the end of their lives. By taking on this extraordinary challenge for Hospice UK you'll help us ensure everyone affected by death, dying and bereavement gets the care and support they need, when they need it. 

If you've been lucky enough to secure your own place in the Cambridge Half Marathon, we'd love to welcome you.
There is no minimum sponsorship if you have your own place, but aim high and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. All you have to do is link your entry to Hospice UK and we'll be in touch to say hello and provide your fundraising pack.
