Lawrence is one of the UK's top chefs

An accomplished Head Chef and Hospitality Consultant, Lawrence has created and operated the kitchens in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants.

In addition to his restaurant work, Lawrence has made TV appearances including BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen Live and UK TV's Food Market Kitchen, as well as radio with Chris Evans on BBC Radio 2.

He has supported Hospice UK's Hospice Care Week and Taste of Home campaigns for a number of years, including this visit to Hospice of St Francis in 2018.
