Hospice care is under increasing pressure, and too many people are missing out on the support they need at the end of life.

This July you can help change that with just 4 hours of activity that will unlock a £100 donation. Come and join more than 770 people already taking part in a Strava Challenge for Hospice UK.

The Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge, Crowns for Causes, turns everyday activity into support for hospice care – whether it’s walking the dog, going to the gym, getting out for some fresh air or even doing the weekly shop.

With Joe Wicks supporting the campaign as our celebrity ambassador, we’re encouraging people across the UK to get involved.

There’s no fundraising, sponsorship or intense training required. Just move in a way that works for you – and make it count.

There are 5 simple steps to take part in the Challenge for Hospice UK:

1. If you are not already on Strava, download the Strava app from Apple app store/Google Play (it is free to use)
2. Sign up to the Crowns for Causes - Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge – all the challenges can be found under the 'Groups' tab on Strava)
3. Log your activity and complete a challenge
4. Tap on ‘Redeem’ to visit to the Crown for Causes microsite
5. Choose Hospice UK to unlock your £100 donation

There’s no need to fundraise as all donations are provided by Postcode Lottery as part of the campaign.

A Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge takes place each month and you can do one challenge, two or all three!
