Hospice care is under increasing pressure, and too many people are missing out on the support they need at the end of life.

This summer, you can help change that.

Starting on 1 June, the Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge, Crowns for Causes, turns everyday activity into support for hospice care – whether it’s walking the dog, cycling to work, going to the gym or getting out for some fresh air.

With Joe Wicks supporting the campaign as our celebrity ambassador, we’re encouraging people across the UK to get involved.

There’s no fundraising, sponsorship or intense training required.  Just move in a way that works for you – and make it count.

Join the challenge today and start unlocking support for hospice care.

There are 5 simple steps to take part in the Challenge for Hospice UK:

1. If you are not already on Strava, download the Strava app from Apple app store/Google Play (it is free to use)
2. Join the Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge – it will be pinned to the Strava Challenge gallery each month so it’s easy to spot. (Challenges fall under the Groups tab)
3. Log your activity and complete a challenge
4. Tap on ‘Redeem’ to visit to the Crown for Causes microsite
5. Choose Hospice UK to unlock your £50 donation

There’s no need to fundraise as all donations are provided by Postcode Lottery as part of the campaign.

A Postcode Lottery Strava Challenge takes place each month and you can do one challenge, two or all three!
