Tough Mudder - London South 5k

Leave the stopwatch behind and take on the challenge at your own pace. With no competition or timing, it’s all about teamwork, fun and getting muddy together. Whether you join with friends and family or take part solo, you’ll work alongside fellow participants to conquer the course and earn the iconic orange headband.

This is a charity race place, and everything you raise will help us to support the 200+ hospices we represent across the UK.  They do everything they can for children and adults living with long-term illness, or approaching the end of their lives. So we do everything we can to support hospices’ incredible, invaluable work. 

Everything you raise will help us to fight for hospice care for all who need it. 

We will support you from sign up to the event day, with a dedicated Events Team contact to help you with any queries you have. We'll send you a Hospice UK branded running vest, along with any materials you need for your fundraising efforts. You'll also be kept up to date with newsletters, and fundraising tips.
