For National Grief Awareness Week, the Compassionate Employers Team have launched their very own podcast! This is an exciting opportunity for us to talk about some really important topics that have a big impact. The theme this year for National Grief Awareness Week is 'Growing Through Grief' and we explore the meaning of this as we touch on important topics about grief in the workplace.

We bring you two very special episodes:

The first is with Jacqueline Gaffin, Head of People & Culture at Hospice UK. Lucy and Jacqueline explore the importance of compassionate people policies in the workplace and the importance of looking after someone grieving at work.

The second episode is with Catherine Bosworth, Director of Income Generation & Grants at Hospice UK. Catherine shares personal stories of her own grief and how she managed this as a leader. She speaks openly about being vulnerable as a leader and how important this is.

Check out our two fascinating podcasts below!
