Give a regular gift

Regular gifts are invaluable to our work as they enable us to confidently plan for the future, knowing that funding will be available.

Hospices are there to support people through difficult times

Setting up your Regular Gift

You can either set up a regular gift through our simple online donation form or by completing and returning this Direct Debit form to FREEPOST HOSPICE UK (please make sure to write this in capitals). Alternatively, if you want to save us the postage you can post it to:

You are also welcome to request a form by contacting our team on 020 7520 8200 or fundraising@hospiceuk.org
Please note our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Direct Debit guarantee

This guarantee should be retained by the Payer.

This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank and Building Society.

If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Hospice UK will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made by Hospice UK or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your Bank or Building Society. If you do so, please also let us know.

Please keep a copy of this Direct Debit guarantee.

Gift Aid

Did you know that if you are a UK taxpayer you can maximise your donation to Hospice UK by making a Gift Aid declaration? This will enable us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.

Thank you for your support!
