Hospice UK Plant Sale

Following an incredible week at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, we’re holding a special one-day plant sale at Hortus Loci nursery for the plants grown for and featured in our 2025 Garden of Compassion.

With around 2,000 plants available, this is a rare opportunity to purchase top-quality plants that have featured on the world’s most prestigious gardening stage at great value.

These plants were selected (and even grown!) by our award-winning designer Tom Hoblyn, who will also be joining us on the day and leading a auction of very special plants from the show garden.

Proceeds from the sale will support Hospice UK’s vital work, including the relocation of our Chelsea garden to its permanent home at St Cuthbert’s Hospice in Durham.

To help us manage numbers, entry to the plant sale is by pre-booked parking slot only. You just need to book one timed parking slot per car.

• Bookings are per car, not per person, so we encourage car sharing
• You will not be able to gain access to the nursery by car if you have not pre-booked car parking space using the form below
• 45-minute slots are staggered and reduce in cost throughout the day:

Plants will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we can’t guarantee availability in later slots. This is reflected in the reduced parking costs. However Hortus Loci is a working nursery that grows a lot of plants for Chelsea Flower Show. Their nursery and café will still be accessible on the day even if the Hospice UK plant sale sells-out early.
