Session 3: Harnessing your energy

Managing energy and not time is key to our performance and resilience in times of stress. What is it that affects your energy both in the short and long term?

This session will:

  • Involve analysing energy.
  • Assess how you spend your time.
  • Look at where your hospice expects you to be.
  • Calibrate time spent on performance, recovery, burnout and survival.
  • Work on how to balance energy more.
