Grief is a deeply human experience, yet many people feel unsure about how to support a colleague who is grieving. Only 17% of managers report feeling very confident in helping a team member after a bereavement, despite the fact that around 24% of employees experience a loss each year.
In this one hour session, we’ll explore how workplaces can better support employees that are grieving, experiencing anticipatory grief or disenfranchised grief and how we can each play a role in fostering a more compassionate and inclusive culture.
