About the network

The Hospice Technology Leaders Network aims to:

  • provide a supportive peer community where tech leaders can share information and learn from each other
  • enable members to work together to overcome challenges
  • facilitate collaborative research, for example assessing hospices’ digital maturity      
  • provide a strategic voice for technology and digital matters in the hospice sector
  • showcase trends and good practice within the hospice sector and from other sectors.

The Hospice Technology Leaders Network is led by Steve Thorlby-Coy, Director of IT and Digital Services at Hospice UK.

Meetings and communications

The network meets at least four times per year. The first meeting is on Thursday 13th June, from 15:00-16:00.

Members of the network to continue discussions and keep in touch using the Microsoft Teams group. Once you have joined the network, you will be added to the Teams group.

How to sign up

To join the Hospice Technology Leaders Network, you must work or volunteer in a Hospice UK member organisation.

You can work in any role that has executive or strategic responsibility for technology and digital development. This might include trustees, executive leads, or managers.
