Are you looking to join a team who are embarking on a three-year plan to significantly increase income and take its fundraising to the next level. We are a high performing, friendly team who are proud of our achievements, but we feel we can do more.
The Job:
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced fundraiser to work closely with the Director of Income Generation and lead our Individual Giving Team and Supporter Care team. The post holder will lead a team of three fundraisers who focus on Individual Giving activities (such as Appeals, digital supporter acquisition, telephone retention programmes), In Memory, Legacy and Lottery fundraising and a team three staff who focus on our database integrity, supporter insight and overall fundraising support.
The current annual target of these teams is approximately £1.2 million. We are investing in acquisition activities, updating our data infrastructure and feel we are ready to embark on significantly increasing our income in this area over the next three years.
About you:
The successful candidate will have significant experience in developing Individual Giving programmes, have a fantastic grasp of data segmentation and analysing supporter behaviour and as well as a proven track record in generating significant fundraising income. You will have demonstratable experience of leading teams with exceptional written and oral skills and the ability to work at pace with conflicting priorities.
