About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Lead Social Worker to join our team at Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice. As the Team Leader for Psychological and Social Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and counsellors, providing support and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients and their families.

Salary: GBCH Band 8A £52,504 - £61,969
