Family Support Therapist

As part of the hospice’s crucial Family Support Team, you will be part of the service providing a comprehensive psycho-social service to families in complex situations. You will come in to contact with and offer support to children, young adults up to the age of 35 years, their parents, carers and extended family.

To work as part of the Family Support Team providing psycho-social support services to children (0-18 yrs), young adults (18-35 yrs) and families referred to Naomi House and Jacksplace. 

To support the provision of a comprehensive counselling service and therapeutic groups for families alongside a holistic approach to hospice services.

Salary:

To £39,000 (FTE)
